BLIIoT M100E Dual-Ethernet I/O Module is an industrial-grade remote monitoring and control solution featuring dual 10/100M Ethernet ports and one RS485 port, powered by a 32-bit high-performance processor. Supporting Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT protocols, it seamlessly integrates with SCADA systems, PLCs and IoT platforms, while its compact metal housing ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
Industrial Ethernet I/O Module - This robust module provides 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs and 2 digital outputs for industrial automation. The DI channels support dry/wet contacts, with DIN1 offering high-speed pulse counting (700KHz) or low-speed mode (10KHz). The AI channels handle 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA and 4-20mA signals with 12-bit resolution, while the DO channels feature SINK output, including DO1's high-speed pulse output (10Hz-300KHz).
Dual 10/100M Ethernet ports enable Modbus TCP, RTU over TCP, and MQTT connectivity, while the RS485 interface allows cascading Modbus RTU devices with fast register mapping. With a 9-36VDC wide input range, reverse polarity protection, and a 1500mA DC output, the M100E is housed in a rugged IP30 metal enclosure for DIN rail or wall mounting, making it ideal for industrial automation, smart agriculture, and remote monitoring.
