M200E Analog Output Module is a high-performance Dual-Ethernet I/O Module designed for industrial automation. This MQTT Analog Output Module supports 2DO and features robust communication protocols including Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU and MQTT, ensuring seamless integration with SCADA PLCs and cloud platforms.
The M200E Ethernet Remote I/O Module is an industrial-grade dual-channel analog output module designed for high-precision signal control in automation systems. It features a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor and dual 10/100M adaptive Ethernet interfaces, supporting standard Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT protocols for seamless integration with industrial cloud platforms. The module's AO channels provide 0~10VDC output with 12-bit resolution, ensuring accurate analog signal control for industrial applications.
Equipped with an RS485 interface, the M200E can expand to connect Modbus RTU slave devices and utilizes its built-in register mapping function (300 16-bit registers) to automatically collect and store slave data, significantly improving system response speed. The module supports up to 5 simultaneous TCP connections, enabling flexible protocol conversion between Modbus RTU and TCP and is compatible with SCADA, OPC Server and other industrial control systems. Its MQTT functionality supports scheduled data reporting and offline data buffering with retransmission, ensuring reliable data transmission to cloud platforms.
The M200E features a robust metal housing with IP30 protection, offering 15kV ESD protection and 4kV surge protection for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It operates within a wide temperature range of -20~70℃ and supports both DIN rail and wall mounting. With its built-in hardware watchdog and user-friendly configuration software, the M200E is an ideal solution for industrial automation, power monitoring and other demanding applications requiring reliable analog output control.
