Configuration:

  • ARMxy main controller

  • X-DI module (for circuit breaker/disconnector status)

  • X-RS485 module (for communication with protection relays)

Implementation:

  • The DI module collects:
    – Circuit breaker auxiliary contact status (110VDC, converted to safe voltage levels)
    – Gas relay signals (dry contacts)

  • RS485 module connects to protective relays and uploads key data to the dispatch master station using supported protocols

  • Fault waveform data is locally recorded for traceability

  • OpenPLC handles the control and logical operations
