Constant pressure water supply intelligent programming control RTU is a programmable monitoring and control device, which can be used in water systems such as water pumps, water valves and liquid levels to maintain constant water pressure and water level. The device has a variety of built-in functions, including edge computing, logic programming control, and multiple interfaces such as RS485, AI, AO, DI, and DO.
The device monitors water pressure and controls the opening and closing degree of the water valve. The water pressure sensor controls the opening and closing degree of the water valve through 4-20mA output. When the water pressure is lower than the set value, the RTU will receive a signal, and then pass the information to the logic programming controller through the IO input interface. The logic programming controller will notify the 4-20mA output board to drive the corresponding opening and closing of the valve according to the programming, and adjust the system pressure to improve the accuracy and efficiency of flow control.
In addition, the RTU device can also detect the water level, realize the output control of the liquid level float switch, and trigger the start and stop of the water pump. The RTU can output AO signal to adjust the running speed of the water pump and control the output water flow to maintain a stable water level.
